All participants must complete and sign the waiver and release of liability before departure. Failure to do so will result in your inability to join the activity.

Participants must be 18 years old; younger individuals must be accompanied by parents or a guardian.

If you are not dressed in weather-appropriate gear or if your attire is deemed unsuitable for the activity, we have the right to turn you down for the safety of the group and yourself.

Outyork Adventures reserves the right to deny the use of any or all its services without refund at any time, based on egregiously inappropriate, offensive, dangerous, or malicious behavior.

People exhibiting any signs of intoxication will be prohibited from boarding the vehicle. Consumption of alcoholic beverages before the hike is strictly prohibited. Anyone who has been drinking prior to the hike will not be allowed to participate.

All of our trips are smoke-free, which means smoking is not allowed at any point during the entire trip.

Destination or hiking route may change due to external factors such as safety concerns, participant comfort, or unforeseen circumstances. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities, and any necessary adjustments will be made accordingly.

When you register through a third-party platform like Eventbrite, Locals, Luma, or others, your information (name, email, and phone number) will be added to our event on our main website platform. This way, you’ll be able to receive any news or updates about the event you have registered for.

Private Transportation Trips: The vehicle will depart promptly at the indicated time and cannot wait for late arrivals. If you do not arrive on time, it will be considered a ‘No show,’ and there will be no refund.

Public Transportation Trips: If you do not arrive on time, it will be considered a ‘No show,’ and there will be no refund.

Third-party activities come with additional requirements, such as completing and signing waivers or following specific instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Failure to follow these rules may result in being unable to participate in the activity. We will share your information with the company that operates the activity, and it will be used solely and exclusively for operational purposes.

You are aware that Outyork Adventures LLC will be capturing photos and videos during this event. By participating, you grant permission to Outyork Adventures LLC to use and share them on their social networks, website, and for any other advertising purposes.

Smoke-Free Environment: For the comfort of all participants and in accordance with state park regulations, smoking and vaping are not permitted at any time during the activity.

Zero-Alcohol Policy: For safety reasons, the consumption of alcoholic beverages before or during the outdoor activity is strictly prohibited. We want everyone to enjoy the experience responsibly and safely.

Treat Everyone with Respect: We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone. Harassment, disrespectful behavior, or discriminatory comments or actions based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other personal characteristic will not be tolerated. Please treat all participants with kindness, courtesy, and respect.

Respect for the Peaceful Environment: Nature is a place to disconnect and recharge. Please keep conversations at a reasonable volume and refrain from using speakers or playing loud music out of respect for fellow participants and other park visitors.

Leave No Trace: Help us protect the natural areas we visit. All trash, including food scraps, bottles, and wrappers, must be packed out. Let’s leave every place better than we found it.

Stay with the Group and Follow the Guide’s Instructions: For your safety and the safety of the group, please follow the guide’s instructions at all times and do not leave the group without notifying the guide. This helps ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Commitment to the Community
By participating in our activities, you agree to respect these rules to help create a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for everyone. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in immediate removal from the activity without the right to a refund. Depending on the severity of the situation, OutYork reserves the right to restrict or prohibit participation in future activities.

These policies apply specifically to Snow Trips.

All modification requests must be submitted by email to [email protected] following the rules below:

1. Modifications made up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure date will be eligible for a trip credit valid for the current season.
2. If a modification request is submitted between 72 and 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure, it will be reviewed, but a resolution is not guaranteed.
3. All modification requests are subject to availability.
4. You may submit only one modification request per ticket.
5. Credits not used during the current season will be forfeited. This season begins in December 2026 and concludes in March 2027.
6. Guests who fail to attend their scheduled trip or provide written notice less than 24 hours before departure will not be eligible for any credit toward another trip.
7. Refunds are only granted if the event is postponed or canceled due to force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, road conditions, mountain conditions, or Acts of God.

1. If you are unable to participate in the event for any reason, you may transfer your ticket to another person by sending an email to [email protected] at least 12 hours before the departure time.
2. Refunds or credits will only be issued if the event is canceled or postponed due to force majeure including but not limited to severe weather conditions, road conditions, mountain conditions, or other Acts of God.

If you find yourself unable to participate in the event for any reason, we offer you the option to transfer your ticket to another person. To initiate this process, kindly send us an email to [email protected] at least 12 hours prior to the bus’s departure time, providing the following details:

• Your full name (as you registered)
• Trip’s Name.
• Trip’s Date.
• Full name of the substitute participant.
• His/Her date of birth.
• His/Her email.
• His/Her phone number.

Additionally, the person taking your place must be prepared to present a valid ID to verify his/her identity and be able to sign the waiver and release of liability. Please note that if any of this required information or documentation is missing, we will be unable to permit the individual to board the vehicle, resulting in a no-show status.

We want to keep our ticket prices affordable for everyone, and to make that possible, we have a no-refund policy in place. We hope you understand that this helps us maintain low costs while offering great value to all our customers. Refunds or credits are only allowed if the event is postponed or cancelled due to force majeure including but not limited to severe weather conditions, road conditions, mountain conditions, Acts of God. 
Ticket holders will receive refunds or can reschedule for another trip if they notify us within 72 hours after we inform them.
Anyone who tests positive for COVID or other illnesses will not be eligible for a refund or credit, but they may transfer their ticket up to 12 hours before departure time.

Explorer Pass
Benefits:
· 3 tickets with $10 off each.
·The discount applies per ticket and can be used on multiple tickets within the same event.
· Valid for events scheduled within 30 days after receiving your code.

Adventure Pass
Benefits:
· 7 tickets with $12 off each.
· Use them on any hike or day trip during the validity period.
· The discount applies per ticket and can be used on multiple tickets within the same event.
· Valid for events scheduled through August 31, 2026.

OutYork Pass
Benefits:
· 15 tickets with $15 off each.
· Use them on any hike or day trip during the validity period.
· The discount applies per ticket and can be used on multiple tickets within the same event.
· Valid for events scheduled through October 31, 2026.

OutYork Membership Terms & Conditions

· The discount applies per ticket and can be used on multiple tickets within the same event.
· Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.
· Spots for each trip are limited, so we recommend booking early to secure your spot.
· Benefits apply only to tickets purchased after obtaining the pass.
· Once the membership fee is paid, it is non-refundable.
· Discounted tickets that are not used before the expiration date cannot be redeemed afterward.
