Yes. Our team can help you select the best flight times to ensure they connect smoothly with your itinerary.
Is the entrance ticket to Machu Picchu included?
Yes. Your Machu Picchu entrance ticket and guided visit are included as part of the tour.
Which Machu Picchu ticket route is included?
The most popular route to visit Machu Picchu is Route 2-A: Designed Classic Route, which often sells out 3 to 4 months in advance. Therefore, we strongly recommend booking your package at least 4 months ahead of your travel date.
If this Machu Picchu route ticket is no longer available, we will secure the next best available option to ensure you can still enjoy your visit to this incredible wonder.
What hotels are included?
You’ll stay in carefully selected hotels that offer comfort, excellent locations, and quality service. Hotel details are listed in the Hotels section of this page.
Is this trip physically demanding?
This tour involves moderate walking, uneven surfaces, stairs, and some uphill sections, particularly at archaeological sites. A reasonable level of fitness is recommended, but no technical hiking experience is required.
Please keep in mind that Cusco, the Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu are located at high altitudes. Even moderate activities may feel more challenging while your body adjusts to the elevation, so we recommend taking your time, staying well hydrated, and following your guide’s recommendations.

You may bring your main suitcase for the trip. For the overnight stay in Aguas Calientes, we recommend carrying only a small backpack with essentials, as train operators have luggage size restrictions.
Are the optional tours included?
No. Optional experiences, such as the Magic Water Circuit & Lima by Night and the Cusco Viewpoints Tour, can be booked separately if you’d like to enhance your trip.
Is travel insurance required?
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers to protect against unexpected medical expenses, trip interruptions, delays, or cancellations.
